Which booking platforms does it sync with?
GHM Suite currently syncs with Airbnb, Booking.com and LekkeSlaap via iCal links. You can also add bookings manually for direct bookings or phone reservations.
Is my guest data safe and POPIA compliant?
Yes. Your data is stored securely in South Africa using Supabase with row-level security. Only you can access your guest house data. We are fully POPIA compliant — read our Privacy Policy for full details.
What happens after my free trial ends?
After 30 days you'll be prompted to subscribe at R150/month per property. If you choose not to, your account is paused — your data is never deleted. You can reactivate at any time.
Can I manage more than one guest house?
Yes. You can add multiple properties under a single account. Each property is billed at R150/month after the trial period.
Do I need to install anything?
No. GHM Suite is a web app that works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet or phone. You can also install it as a PWA on your home screen for quick access — no app store required.
Can I cancel anytime?
